Location: Brooklyn, NY

A design for a new condo building located in The Special Ocean Parkway District (OP) in Brooklyn, NY. The existing single family home will be demolished for a nine-unit residential tower. The building will provide a resident recreation room and roof deck as well as shared storage in the basement. All units have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen, an in-unit laundry facility, and balconies; the ground floor and first-floor units having private access to the backyard space. The design allows for maximum light, eastern and western exposure, with floor-to-ceiling glass and an open layout.
