Location: New York, NY

This 2,500 sq.ft. loft renovation in Tribeca consisted of creating two bedrooms with two home offices off of a Gothic inspired “streetscape” interior. A media room was located at the front of the loft. The finishes included stainless fittings with concrete wall board throughout. Stone counter tops in the kitchen and Jerusalem limestone in the bathroom. The mixture of finishes throughout was used to create an interplay between existing wood structure and the new construction.
